Representative Kott moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw              
the following:                                                                 
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 483                                                            
"An Act relating to payment of permanent fund dividends of                    
certain individuals who have been absent from the state; and                   
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
There being no objection, HB 483 was withdrawn.
